Job Description

What this job involves:

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive examination and review of financial records, reports, management controls, policies and practices affecting/reflecting the financial condition and operations results
  • Help the new accounts to stabilize, ensuring they are compliant to FRMC Guidelines and JLL policies. Checking that procedures are as per contract terms
  • Pull financial data from the designated tools and provide analytical backup support
  • Review and validate work performed by the accountants
  • Analyze MSAs and SOW documents and making sure the accounts are following the contract terms and conditions
  • Understand the accounting processes for different types of contracts and their impact on financials
  • Capability to perform a review and interpret data to formulate a conclusion and communicate effectively
  • Share data insights to internal stakeholders
  • Maintain effective communications with supervisors, members of the Client Finance team, and other members of the FRMC team

Employee Specifications

  • 7+ years accounting experience
  • Proven experience reviewing multiple client accounts
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with Excel proficiency
  • Deep understanding of accounting processes to effectively validate others work
  • Ability to collaborate with finance leads and internal team members
  • Driving calls with clients and stakeholders independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal.
  • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications with ability to quickly learn systems and processes (JD Edwards experience a plus)

Performance Objectives

  • Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
  • Support the account team to stabilize the process and Identifies the problem areas along with relevant support to resolve the issues. Assesses the MSA & SOW standards and makes sound decisions basis them.
