Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join a leading luxury retail jewellery brand as a Senior Finance Manager. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial planning and analysis within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) activities

Drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes

Conduct financial and variance analysis to track business performance

Prepare management reports, MIS, and financial insights for leadership

Monitor financial performance and recommend strategic improvements

Partner with business teams to support financial planning and profitability

Requirements:

Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) mandatory

Strong experience in FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

Prior experience with a retail or luxury retail brand preferred

Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
