Job Opening: Finance Manager Technology & Legal Group (Banking Sector)

Location: Remote

Experience: 8-10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate joiner

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Finance and Annual Planning for Technology & Legal Groups across UAE & overseas.

2. Support cost centre owners in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

3. Drive strict financial discipline in compliance with company policies.

4. Produce timely monthly financial packs, trend reports, and analysis.

5. Oversee Technology project costs, fixed assets capitalization, and expense provisions.

6. Implement dynamic cost allocation methodology and resource allocation models.

7. Centralized reporting of bank-wide technology expenses with variance tracking.

8. Partner on digital strategy, automation initiatives, and process simplification.

9. Interact with stakeholders, vendors, external partners, and auditors.

10. Lead a diverse onshore & offshore finance team.

Skills & Experience:

1. CA/CWA qualified with 810 years relevant experience.

2. Strong financial planning, analysis, and reporting expertise.

3. Exposure to IT/Technology finance preferred.

4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management & people leadership skills.

5. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost allocation, and automation tools.
