Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience in Plant Finance within the Manufacturing Industry, particularly in product costing, standard costing, budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage plant finance, product costing, standard costing, cost sheets, and COPA reporting.
• Prepare and analyze product-wise cost sheets and manufacturing cost structures.
• Monitor actual vs. standard costs and conduct cost variance analysis.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and strengthen cost controls.
• Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, and management dashboards.
• Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closures.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and budget vs. actual analysis.
• Manage inventory valuation, reconciliation, and financial controls.
• Review general ledger, trial balance, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal, statutory, and cost auditors.
• Support plant management with financial analysis and business decision-making.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Plant Finance within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in Product Costing and Standard Costing is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of cost sheets, COPA, cost variance analysis, and cost optimization.
• Experience in budgeting, MIS, inventory control, and financial reporting.
• Understanding of Ind AS and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates should be ready to relocate any to any part in Gujarat.
