MISSION
To work closely with Head of Finance at India level across multiple locations, monitoring day to day financial, accounting, taxation & compliances.

Reporting to: Head of Finance
Location: Primary location - Bangalore
MAIN TASKS & OPPORTUNITIES
- Monitor & control financial & related activities.
- Observe, implement and control specific processes at Bangalore and other locations Mumbai / Goa
- Perform the closure of monthly books of accounts with support of team & guidance from head of Finance.
- Work closely with consultants for all compliances & tax assessments Important participation in implementation & execution of IFC system in India Opportunity to contribute in all key projects by working closely with Head of Finance.
- Heavy involvement in all types of audit finalizations Stat audit / TP / GST audit / Annual Group consolidations
REQUIRED ABILITIES & SKILL SETS
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND/ WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
- 2 to 4 years post qualification experience (Manufacturing Industry preferred)
- Potential for leadership & management in future.
- Prior experience in Internal controls or IFC systems will be an added advantage.
LEVEL OF LANGUAGES
Fluency in English (Written & Verbal)
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar analytical tools is a must
- Strong knowledge of taxation & accounting standards & company law.
- Accounts finalization & experience in audit closures.
