Roles and Responsibilities

Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the organization.
P&L management, including profitability analysis and cost control.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and internal controls.
Lead audits and implement corrective actions to improve financial performance.
Develop strategic plans to drive business growth through effective resource allocation.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in finance leadership roles within IT services & consulting industry.
Strong background in CA. with expertise in financial management, portfolio management, PNL management, profit and loss statement preparation.
Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and driving business results through data-driven insights.
