Job Title: Senior Finance Manager
Location: Hosur Tamil Nadu, away from 36km Bangalore

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead financial accounting, statutory compliance, audit, financial reporting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Indian GAAP, US GAAP, SAP, SOX compliance, and statutory audits, along with experience in managing finance operations and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial accounting and month-end closing activities in SAP.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.
- Analyze financial results and present MIS reports to management.
- Lead and coordinate Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, SOX Audits, and Income Tax Audits.
- Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, US GAAP, IND AS, and statutory regulations.
- Handle Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, Deferred Tax, and Tax Provisioning.
- Manage Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Treasury, and Shared Service operations.
- Review internal controls, expense verification, payroll reconciliation, and vendor payments.
- Prepare financial reports for government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, US GAAP, IND AS, SOX Compliance, and Statutory Audits.
- Experience in Income Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing, and Financial Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Hyperion (OneStream preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
