Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as Senior Finance manager for the corporate office located in Lucknow.We are seeking trustworthy finance person who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. To ensure success, this person should be prompt, honest detail-oriented, professional, and analytical. Top candidates will have excellent presentation skills with the ability to successfully communicate complex quantitative data to decision-makers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, comparing actuals to plans and explaining variances.
• Reporting & Compliance:Develop accurate financial statements, ensure GAAP/regulatory compliance, manage audits, and report to senior leadership.
• Strategic Guidance:Analyze financial data to provide insights, support investment decisions, reduce costs, and drive profitability.
• Team Leadership:Supervise, mentor, and develop finance staff (managers and analysts).
• Internal Controls:Maintain strong internal controls and safeguards for revenue, expenses, and budgets.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner with other departments (e.g., operations, procurement) to support business objectives.
