Job DescriptionPosition: Finance Manager Promoter Office

Salary - Upto 15lpa

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting To: Promoter / Managing Director

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to manage the financial affairs of the promoter and oversee finance operations across multiple business entities including real estate, retail, and personal investments. The role involves managing accounting, taxation, investments, and financial reporting for both business and personal portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
1. Promoter & Personal Finance Management

  • Manage personal finances of the promoter, including investments, assets, and liabilities.
  • Track rental income, personal expenses, and investment portfolios.
  • Handle advance tax planning, capital gains tax, and income tax filings.
  • Coordinate with CA firms, tax consultants, and auditors.
2 Business Finance Oversight

  • Monitor financial operations across group businesses such as real estate, infrastructure, and retail.
  • Review monthly P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for business units.
  • Track Capex and Opex spending across projects and business entities.
3. Accounting & Compliance

  • Oversee bookkeeping, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions and investments.
4. Investment & Asset Management

  • Monitor long-term and short-term investments.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities in real estate, businesses, and financial instruments.
  • Track returns on investment (ROI) and provide financial insights to the promoter.
5. Banking & Financial Coordination

  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Handle loan documentation, bank guarantees, LC, and credit facilities.
  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity across businesses.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience

  • 1020 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
  • Experience in real estate / infrastructure / retail finance preferred
  • Experience in handling promoter office or family office accounts is a plus
Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Income Tax & Capital Gains
  • GST & TDS compliance
  • Financial reporting & MIS
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Proficiency in:
  • Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks / ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel
Soft Skills

  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Strong analytical and financial planning skills
  • Ability to work closely with promoters and senior leadership
Education

CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com
