Job Description

  • Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Provide accurate financial analysis and insights to aid decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team for optimal performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Qualified CA with at least 8+ years of experience from a manufacturing space.
  • Strong technical expertise in financial management and reporting.
  • Proven experience in the engineering industry or manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
