As the business continues to strengthen its commercial capabilities and pricing discipline across international markets, there is now an opportunity for a commercially minded pricing professional to join the Pricing Organisation as a Senior Manager.
Role
Reporting to the Head of Pricing, you will play a critical role in driving the execution of global pricing strategies across the product lines and markets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing recommendations that balance revenue growth, profitability and brand positioning, while ensuring alignment with broader commercial objectives. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Commercial and Marketeting, you will analyse competitor pricing dynamics, marketing and promotional activities and market trends to provide data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
Ideally, you possess at least 6 years of experience within Pricing, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, Strategy or related disciplines, with proven exposure to developing pricing recommendations across multiple markets. You bring strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, coupled with a sound understanding of pricing strategy, price elasticity, promotional dynamics and margin optimisation. Commercially astute and detail-oriented, you are able to distil complex data into actionable insights and influence stakeholders effectively across different functions and geographies. Experience operating within a centralised pricing function or centre of excellence environment will be viewed favourably.
