Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Finance Manager to join our high-performing finance organization and serve as a strategic business partner to leadership teams across multiple regions. This is a lead role designed for an experienced finance professional with 15+ years of progressive career development within multinational corporations. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen, leadership capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive financial excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance Leadership

  • Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior executives and strategic stakeholders, offering insights that enable informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
  • Lead the organization's budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
  • Drive working capital optimization initiatives, manage cash flow forecasting, and improve liquidity positions across business units.
  • Develop and implement financial models and business cases to support new investments, commercial proposals, and organizational transformation strategies.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for profitability improvement and cost management.

Operational Finance Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including management of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting standards.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, tax compliance, and internal audit requirements.
  • Design and implement finance process enhancements to strengthen operational efficiency, accuracy, and controls.
  • Maintain strong oversight on financial systems and ERP platforms, supporting data integrity and process automation.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, promoting growth, accountability, and a culture of excellence.
  • Serve as the finance subject matter expert (SME) for complex business scenarios requiring executive-level support and financial interpretation.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with senior business leaders, operations teams, and external partners.
  • Foster collaboration across regional finance teams, ensuring standardization of practices and unified financial governance.

Cross-Functional Excellence

  • Collaborate closely with operations, sales, procurement, and supply chain functions to achieve seamless business execution and financial alignment.
  • Lead special projects, such as system upgrades, process digitization, and transformation initiatives requiring financial expertise.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement within the finance organization through adoption of best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Support senior management in strategic planning, performance tracking, and long-term business modeling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional background with 15+ years of experience.
  • Experience in financial systems implementation, process re-engineering, or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated history of mentoring and developing finance professionals into leadership roles.
