Senior Manager – Finance
Location: Chennai – Anna Nagar

Experience: 5–10 Years
- Qualification: CA / CMA / ACCA / CS or Any relevant
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Manage company treasury operations, cash flow, and fund management.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain strong internal controls.
Taxation & Compliance
- Handle direct and indirect tax compliance including GST, TDS, and corporate taxation.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, financial policies, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
International Finance
- Manage financial operations related to US international trade and cross-border transactions.
- Ensure compliance with global financial regulations and reporting standards.
Governance & Audit
- Lead internal and external audit processes.
- Strengthen financial governance frameworks and risk management processes.
Strategic Leadership
- Provide financial insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational and financial efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to maintain high performance and accountability.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong expertise in treasury, taxation, compliance, and financial planning.
- Experience in IT services industry finance operations.
- Exposure to international trade, especially US financial operations.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of financial governance and audit processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, ACCA, or CS
- Experience: 5–10 years in finance roles
- Industry: IT Services experience preferred
