Role: Senior Finance Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager with strong experience in the real estate or construction industry. The role involves leading financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving financial planning aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Oversee accounting operations, including ledger scrutiny and finalization of accounts
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, especially GST and TDS related to real estate transactions
- Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and ensure timely payments and reconciliations
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund flow planning
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards
- Collaborate with project, sales, and legal teams for financial alignment
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA / CMA preferred
- 10–20 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in real estate or construction
- Strong expertise in GST and TDS compliance within real estate
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
