Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Finance Manager. The Senior Finance Manager will oversee strategic financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include managing financial forecasting, analyzing financial performance, preparing statements and reports, and providing strategic guidance to optimize budgets and improve efficiency. Additionally, the role involves working closely with senior leadership to support decision-making and drive financial growth for the company.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
• Proficiency in Taxation, Auditing, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting
• Experience in Business Strategy, Cost Optimization, and Profitability Analysis
• Advanced knowledge in Accounting Principles, Financial Statements, and Financial Modeling
• Familiarity with Financial Risk Management and Internal Control Systems
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with financial tools and ERP systems
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CPA/CA qualification preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or related roles, preferably in the mobility or technology sectors
