• Role Mission:The Senior Finance Manager is the strategic financial architect for one of our largest global accounts. This role is responsible for the end-to-end financial integrity of a high-volume ecosystem, moving beyond simple oversight to drive operational excellence, rigorous governance, and predictive growth. You will lead the full lifecycle of billing, invoicing, and SOW management while serving as the primary financial advisor to executive leadership.

• Responsibilities:Global Billing & Revenue Integrity (High Volume)
• Enterprise Invoicing: Direct the end-to-end billing lifecycle for a global account, overseeing the processing of monthly invoicing across multiple regions with 100% accuracy.
• System Synchronization: Govern the data flow between Client's Billing Dashboard and Ariba, ensuring global POs and invoices are validated and synchronized across all international entities.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Act as the final escalation point for intricate billing discrepancies, ensuring data integrity across all global financial records.

• Monthly Forecasting & Budget Tracking
• Predictive Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated monthly forecasting models to predict revenue, labor costs, and project spend across the global account.
• Real-Time Budget Management: Implement live budget tracking for all SOWs, ensuring spend remains within authorized Business Identification Number (BIN) allocations and contractual caps.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive Actuals vs. Forecast monthly reviews to identify trends, explain deviations, and provide actionable insights.

• SOW & Project Lifecycle Management
• Project Governance: Manage the full lifecycle of Statement of Work (SOW) projects, from initial financial modeling and RFI/RFP support to final project close-out and reconciliation.
• Contractual Compliance: Act as the primary auditor for SOW amendments, ensuring that labor rates, milestones, and deliverables are strictly aligned with contractual obligations.

• Executive Communication & Strategic Influence
• Financial Storytelling: Translate complex data sets into high-level Executive Summaries that highlight risks and opportunities for VPs and Global Directors.
• Required QualificationsExperience : 7+ years in Finance/Accounting Operations with a focus on high-volume billing and FP&A in a project-based environment.
• Leadership : 3+ years in a management role, with a proven track record of mentoring teams and presenting to executive leadership.
• SOW Expertise : Deep experience managing the financial lifecycle of Managed Services and complex project-based contracts.
• Technical Skills : Client Sheets (advanced modeling and data visualization).
• Global Expertise : Proven ability to manage the financial nuances of a large-scale global client (e.g., Client, Amazon, or Fortune 50 entities).
• Preferred QualificationsClient Ecosystem Expertise : Strong preference for candidates with direct experience navigating Client's internal financial processes, tools, and naming conventions.
• Automation : Proficiency in SQL, Client Apps Script, or BigQuery to automate data extraction and reporting from high-volume billing systems.
• Strategic Mindset: A proven track record of transforming broken or manual financial processes into scalable, automated workflows.
• Proficiency in Ariba
