We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to join our lean, high-energy team and take ownership of our finance operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Reconcile cash receivables from platforms like marketplaces, payment gateways, and

delivery partners on a weekly basis.

• Record and reconcile sales transactions from multiple marketplaces and the company website.

• Create and process credit notes for undelivered orders and short-GRN (Goods Receipt Note)

cases.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in sales, receivables, and payables by coordinating with

relevant internal and external stakeholders.

• Perform and close ledger reconciliations for receivables and payables.

• Prepare data for GST and TDS filings, ensuring accurate reconciliation with the books.

• Assist in month-end closing processes, including preparation of MIS reports for management

review.

• Support audits and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Perform any other finance-related tasks as required to support business operations.

• Continuously improve finance processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Prior experience in an e-commerce or D2C company.

• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate setting.

• CA Final student or CA dropout with strong accounting fundamentals.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
