About The Wellness Shop:
We're a fast-growing wellness brand committed to clean, effective, and conscious products. As we scale, we're looking for a seasoned Accounts and Finance Executive to lead core finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Tally ERP — invoice generation, expense accounting, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
- Marketplace reconciliation — settlement statements, returns, TCS, and platform fees (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa).
- GST compliance — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing and ITC reconciliation (GSTR-2A/2B vs. books).
- TDS computation, deduction, and filing as per applicable provisions.
- MIS preparation — weekly/monthly P&L, cash flow, and expense reports in Excel.
- Support in statutory/internal audits, due diligence, and financial documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years in accounting — D2C brand or marketplace-driven business preferred.
- Tally ERP and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reconciliation sheets) — non-negotiable.
- GST & TDS working and filing knowledge — practical, not just theoretical.
- Experience handling large-volume data and multi-platform reconciliations.
- Works independently, meets all deadlines, and proactively flags issues.
- Exposure to e-commerce / D2C / marketplace accounting — strong advantage.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred.
