Role Overview-

We are looking for a Senior Finance Executive to lead and strengthen our financial function. This role will be responsible for managing accounting operations, statutory compliances, financial controls, reporting, and strategic financial planning to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities -

• Oversee the entire accounting function of the company.
• Take full responsibility for statutory and legal compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Maintain and manage books using Tally and Excel.
• Ensure cost control and budget discipline across departments and properties.
• Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Prepare and present MIS and management reports.
• Handle funding, banking relationships, and financial institutions.
• Coordinate with on-ground property teams for financial operations.
• Conduct and manage internal audits.

Experience-

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Prior experience in a startup environment is preferred (not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance frameworks.
