Senior Finance Executive

Business Title: Sr. Finance Executive

Location - Assam

Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) is hiring a Sr. Finance Executive for its Home Care manufacturing network. This role will work closely with the supply chain & supply chain finance team and support financial controlling, savings governance, and reporting across multiple factories.

Key Responsibilities -

Supporting cost control through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Assisting in driving the savings agenda, including tracking, governance, and benefits validation
Supporting project appraisals and financial evaluation of capital and cost initiatives
Ensuring adherence to financial governance and control processes across the manufacturing network
Preparing and maintaining central reports, dashboards, and MIS for performance tracking
Coordinating with site finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial submissions
Supporting audits, reviews, and compliance requirements
Frequent travel across factories to support reviews, governance discussions, and project evaluations

Eligibility -

CA with 0-3 years experience
Prior exposure to plant / manufacturing / supply chain finance is preferred
Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management ability, and comfort with data and reporting
