Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Finance Executive located in Jaipur. The Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) requirements. Additionally, the role involves utilizing strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data, create insights, and support decision-making for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations).

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, statutory compliance & filings.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and expense tracking.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy & timeliness.

Support management with financial reports and MIS.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / SAP / any accounting software.

Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
