Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and analysis of monthly MIS and management reports.
- Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods, along with commentary preparation.
- Support annual budgeting, business planning, and periodic forecasting exercises.
- Track key business and financial KPIs across functions and verticals.
- Assist in preparation of board decks, investor presentations, and management review materials.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with various teams including Finance, Business, Operations, and Strategy for data collation and reporting.
- Support automation and enhancement of reporting processes and financial models.
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects as required by management.
Required skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-2 years of experience.
- Candidates with FPNA/Business Finance experience or FDD experience in BFSI/NBFC.
