We are hiring a Senior Finance Executive to manage end-to-end transaction reconciliation and settlement processes across payment gateways and NBFC systems.
This role is critical in ensuring accurate transaction matching, timely settlements, and effective resolution of discrepancies across multiple payment channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation between internal systems, banks, and payment gateways
- Process settlements across UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets
- Investigate and resolve failed, reversed, mismatched, or duplicate transactions
- Ensure timely payouts to merchants and vendors
- Validate settlement components such as MDR, fees, refunds, and chargebacks
- Pass accurate journal entries aligned with financial and audit requirements
- Ensure GST and TDS compliance on payment gateway and NBFC charges
- Monitor settlement cycles, balances, and exceptions
- Coordinate with banks, PSPs, and internal teams for issue resolution
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain audit documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in payment reconciliation or collections reconciliation
- Strong understanding of payment lifecycle (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy

CA Inter / B.Com / BBA / BBM / MBA (Finance/Accounting)
