We are seeking a Senior Finance Controller / Manager specializing in Cost Control, FP&A, and Business Finance. This role requires an experienced professional who can lead financial planning initiatives, monitor performance, and provide strategic insights to enhance profitability and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial plans align with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance profitability.
• Prepare and present financial reports, highlighting key trends and variances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and improve financial outcomes.
• Oversee financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CMA, CPA, etc.) preferred.
• 3-8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, cost control, or business finance.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience with budgeting software and financial reporting tools.
