Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Controller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights to senior management.
• Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow and assess financial risks to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and projects.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (CA/CMA/CPA) is preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
