Role Summary
Theindividualwillbe responsible foroverseeing end-to-end financial operations for theorganisation'sUS healthcare business. This role requires a senior finance professional with strongexpertiseinUS GAAP, healthcare compliance, financial reporting, and multi-entity management,operatingwith a strategic mindset whileremaininghands-on in execution.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and reviewaccurate,timely, and GAAP-compliant financial statements.
- Deliver detailed financial reports by unit, including visit-level metrics, unit economics, and 4-wall analysis.
- Provideactionable insights to operational and leadership teams.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Monitor performance against budget andidentifyvariances.
- Support leadership with financial planning and scenario analysis.
Cash Flow & Financial Operations
- Manage cash flow across all entities and ensure liquidity planning.
- Oversee setup and maintenance of financial software and systems.
- Ensure payments are automated,accurate, and completed on time.
Internal Controls & Compliance
- Establish andmaintaininternal control frameworks for expense management.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements.
- Strengthen governance and risk management practices.
Tax & Legal Structure Management
- Ensure tax compliance andtimelyfiling acrossjurisdictions.
- Manage financial aspects of a complex healthcare legal structure.
- Coordinate with tax advisors and external consultants.
Financial Strategy & Leadership Support
- Provide strategic financial recommendations to the leadership team.
- Support execution of strategic initiatives and growth plans.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, manage, and mentor the finance team.
- Ensurehigh standardsof accuracy, timeliness, and accountability.
External Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary finance contact for auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Manage audit processes and external reporting requirements.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
- Strong experience working withUS companies and US GAAP standards.
- Prior exposure toUS healthcare finance and compliance.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented professional with high quality standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes consistently on time.
- Experience managing multi-entity or complex organizational structures.
