Business Contribution

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data of the assigned entities

Adhere to generally accepted accounting principles and regulatory requirements of the entities

Prepare balance sheet, income, and cash flow statements for reporting the entity financials

Offer recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decision- making

Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive financial management

Initiatives that improve process and financial performance of the entities

What You Will Do

Account, manage and oversee financial transactions, ensuring they are recorded accurately for the assigned entities

Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

Analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement

Performing account reconciliations and ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded

Assist in creating annual budgets and financial forecast, analyze the actual performance against budget and forecast

Mintain US GAAP ledgers and Local (statutory) ledgers and bridging between those

Adjust financial statements to be compliant with local rules and regulations and any changes to those regulations

Prepare financial statements including statutory financial statements for European countries/assigned group entities

Act as key point of contact for external auditors, statutory financial statements finalization and local audits

Work with local and regional management to include necessary management information in statutory financial statements

Take care of local tax requirements and VAT filings of the group entities

Align with the organization's vision and adhere strictly to its core values

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

Demonstrated proficiency within a high-performing Finance Center of Excellence

Proven expertise in managing end-to-end accounting and financial analysis for multiple global entities

Hands-on experience in transitioning, stabilizing, standardizing, and simplifying financial processes

Adept at identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in GAAP and IFRS

Experience with financial reporting, ability to prepare and analyze financial statements

Ability to effectively work with other team members and stakeholders

Ensuring precise financial data and compliance with regulations

Detail-oriented with an ability to manage complex financial information

Good Interpersonal skills with adaptability and a continuous learning attitude

Flexibility to adapt to new financial tools and technologies

Education And Experience

Education: B.com, CA, CPA or Semi Qualified professionals

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience

Experience in GCC, Finance Center of Excellence or Shared services
