Senior Finance Analyst

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and comprehensive financial models using Argus Enterprise for commercial real estate investments
• Perform detailed cash flow analysis, valuations, and sensitivity analyses to assess investment feasibility
• Collaborate with acquisitions and asset management teams to validate property financials and assumptions
• Generate investment reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Monitor and update property-level models based on market changes, lease updates, and new data
• Support due diligence and underwriting through property financial analysis and market research
• Maintain the Argus database by ensuring accurate and consistent property data across models
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in financial modeling and Argus

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling in commercial real estate
• Strong proficiency in Argus Enterprise software
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial functions and macros
• Deep understanding of real estate valuation methods and financials
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills across functional teams
