Join our Payments Finance team to shape the financial strategy for high-growth affordability products across India. Drive pricing analytics, business performance monitoring, and cross-functional decision-making for installment financing, credit cards, and promotional instruments that enable millions of customers to shop with flexible payment options.
Key job responsibilities
Own financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for Lending products, tracking profit and loss drivers including Total Payment Value, revenue, cost of funds, credit losses, and operational expenses
Drive annual operating plan development with bottoms-up forecasting, goal-setting, and resource allocation across products
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, synthesizing performance trends and recommending corrective actions to cross-functional stakeholders
Build financial models evaluating product economics, pricing scenarios, and investment cases for new initiatives including tenure expansion and merchant partnerships
Analyze pricing effectiveness across installment products, measuring customer adoption, incrementality, and funder return on investment
Develop frameworks to measure Downstream Economic Value of affordability products, quantifying impact on conversion rates and customer lifetime value
Partner with Product and Tech teams to design and evaluate A/B tests, measuring incremental impact of pricing changes and promotional schemes
Monitor portfolio health metrics including coverage, usage, credit performance, and operational efficiency
Build business cases for seller and brand co-funded schemes, quantifying mutual value creation and return on investment frameworks
Collaborate with Treasury and Accounting teams on funding optimization, capital allocation, and financial reporting for lending products
- Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field, or MBA and 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- CA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- 5+ Years of experience in Analytics, FP&A or business finance roles
