2.1. Material Productivity
Elaborate Monthly Actual Procurement Metrics for Garrett
Prepare Annual Operating Plan for direct material for Garrett Direct Material Cost
Provide overview to Procurement for their spend localization and savings performance at regional level / GBE / Commodity
Ensure metrics availability from any angle (region, supplier, product, plant, and commodity)
Analysis of monthly inflation and FX impact on direct material
Coordination of Standard cost changes for direct material
Standard Costs annual calculation
SRO report elaboration and explanation on variance.
Approval process related to SB requests for Debit/Credit Notes.
Collate all data regarding inflation claims Energy/Raw Mat/
Create repository of indexes and reference used for inflation determination.
Validation of inflation claims by supplier.
Collate all the evidence on inflation settled to supplier.
Create reports on total inflation settled and future claims expected by various dimensions.
Create reports on Inflation by turbo, by dimension of turbo.
Work with team to update inflation data on time.
2.2. Procurement Business Partner
Push a high control environment and create process and procedures to facilitate the communication between Business results and Finance metrics.
Lead the team of analyst to consolidate material cost
Develop insightful analysis and reporting to support decision making and monitor performance.
Deep dive into Procurement Metrics to drive improvement.
Communicate with Senior Leadership and provide insight on financials.
Extract insights from large volume of data and effectively communicate with your business partner in how to act on these insights.
Periodic Procurement Team coaching to explain how to see and calculate standard cost, FX transactional, FX escalators, metal inflation, Matex.
Gross, Spend
2.3. Standardization
Coordination of Regional Financial Partners to deliver Garrett Direct Procurement metrics in time and in an accurate manner.
Drive a consistent and high-quality process for planning and monitoring Procurement.
Support and promote procedures standardization across regions.
Manage Garrett Standard Cost Web Tool
Provide overview to Procurement team for their performance at global level

Subject matter expert in Costing
- Manage and lead as subject matter expert the global costing exercise for Swissco plants taking in consideration all the necessary forecasted variables for a comprehensive and accurate cost update with impact in inventory valuation, profit margin analysis, sale prices etc.
- be the point of contact as a subject matter expert on a global scale for various costing issues for providing root cause identification, analysis and guidance to the local sites for solving the problem
- Must be well versed with the SAP Controlling (CO) module and using in day-to-day business.
- liaison between various departments and business partners (procurement, buyers, sales, etc.) to help them understand the full process flow with its intricacies and to cover knowledge gaps or increase productivity and efficiency of partners
- prepare various ad-hoc costs analysis (e.g.: cost analysis between same item on various years, cost analysis between different items from same category, etc)
- Investigate costing anomalies or inaccuracies and support business partners understand the root cause for correction (e.g.: unjustified % cost increase over the years)
- Perform day to day costing updates from ad-hoc requests
