Senior Finance Analyst Contract to billing
What this job involves:
Responsibilities:
- New Client code creation
- New Contract creation
- New Project Code creation
- Set up Client address and other mandatory details in PS required for Invoicing
- Directly review & coordinate with Business for client invoicing and revenue recognition
- Submission of invoice to Business or Client as applicable
- Report the invoicing status to Business or DC team coordinator
- Complete ownership on invoicing end to end cycle
- All People Soft data entry related activities Synergy between multiple teams in Finance and Business
- Validation of documents to create the invoice
- Contract approval
- Client invoicing
- Accrual validation & booking
Sounds like you To apply, you need to have:
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferred B. Com
- Invoicing / Billings experience of at least 3 year
- Strong attention to detail, well organised, ability to prioritize work within tight operational and financial deadline
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Fluency in spoken and written English essential
- Peoplesoft knowledge and experience
- Strong Excel Knowledge
- Good Accounting Knowledge, Communication and Analytical Skills
