We are looking for a detail-oriented
Finance Analyst with strong expertise in accounting and finance operations, preferably with exposure to
real estate financials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, revenue tracking, and ensuring accurate reconciliation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition
- Perform revenue reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Handle real estate financial transactions, including lease accounting, billing, and cost tracking
- Maintain and analyze financial records related to real estate assets/projects
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, legal) for financial alignment
- Identify discrepancies and drive resolution through root cause analysis
- Support audits and provide necessary financial documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- MBA in Finance or strong accounting background (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter)
- 4+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
- Strong expertise in Revenue Reconciliation
- Exposure to real estate accounting/finance (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and good knowledge of financial systems/ERP tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
