About the Role

We are looking for a highly responsible, experienced, and hands-on Finance & Accounts professional to independently manage day-to-day accounting, GST-related activities, financial reporting, and other core finance functions.

The ideal candidate should have 10-12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts and should be capable of independently managing finance and accounting responsibilities with minimum supervision.

Candidates who are currently based in Amravati or are willing to relocate to Amravati, Maharashtra, will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

· Independently manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

· Maintain books of accounts and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

· Prepare and finalize:

· Profit & Loss Account

· Balance Sheet

· Cash Flow Statements

· MIS and management reports

· Handle GST-related activities, including return preparation and related documentation.

· Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.

· Monitor vendor and customer accounts and maintain accurate accounting records.

· Review accounting entries and identify discrepancies or control gaps.

· Maintain proper financial documentation and accounting records.

· Assist management with financial analysis, budgeting, and financial decision-making.

· Review financial transactions to ensure accuracy and proper accounting treatment.

· Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting systems, and financial controls.

· Take complete ownership of assigned finance activities and drive them to closure independently.

Mandatory Requirements

· 10-12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

· Strong practical knowledge of accounting and financial management.

· Hands-on experience in GST-related activities.

· Experience in finalization of accounts is highly preferred.

· Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/Tally.

· Must be currently based in Amravati or willing to relocate to Amravati, Maharashtra.

· Willingness to work from the Amravati office on a full-time basis.

· Must be competent to use AI tools.

Preferred Profile

We would prefer candidates who have worked in a CA firm and subsequently gained corporate/industry Finance & Accounts experience, providing them with exposure to practical accounting and business finance operations.

CA / CA Intermediate qualification is preferred but not mandatory. Any relevant commerce post-graduation qualification will be an added advantage.
