Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Film Editor who combines strong narrative sensibility with exceptional editing craft and motion graphics expertise to elevate Keus video content. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, editing, and motion design, supporting a wide range of outputs including brand films, product launches, campaign videos, social media content, and experiential visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit brand films, product videos, social edits, event films, and campaign content.

Apply strong narrative structure, pacing, and rhythm aligned with luxury storytelling.

Create and integrate motion graphics for titles, transitions, explainer elements, and UI-style overlays.

Collaborate with the Creative Director, Art Head, and Marketing teams to interpret briefs and visual intent.

Maintain consistency in tone, style, and finish across all video outputs.

Work with sound design, music, and color references to enhance emotional impact.

Adapt edits across formats (long-form, short-form, reels, cutdowns).

Manage timelines and deliverables with ownership and accountability.

Support junior editors or motion designers when required.

Key measures of success:

High-quality, brand-aligned edits with minimal revision cycles.

Strong audience engagement and internal stakeholder feedback.

Consistent visual and motion language across video outputs.

Ability to handle high-volume delivery without compromising craft.

Seamless integration of motion graphics into narrative edits.

Key Competencies:

Strong command of film editing principles pacing, storytelling, continuity.

Advanced skills in motion graphics and animated design for video.

Deep understanding of luxury and premium brand aesthetics.

Ability to balance creative finesse with speed and execution discipline.

Strong collaboration and feedback-handling skills. High attention to detail in transitions, timing, typography, and sound.

Qualifications:

45 years of professional experience as a Film Editor or Video Editor

Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

Proven experience working with luxury brands, premium consumer brands, or niche FMCG brands

A strong portfolio demonstrating narrative-driven edits and motion-enhanced storytelling

Experience editing brand films, product videos, and digital-first content

Exposure to color grading workflows using tools such as DaVinci Resolve or similar software

Understanding of CGI integration or VFX production pipelines

Experience working on experiential, spatial, or exhibition film formats

Familiarity with AI-assisted post-production tools and modern editing workflows
