Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Patna for a Senior Field Service Representative. The role involves providing exceptional legal and field support, assisting with case preparation, and coordinating case-related activities. Core responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting thorough on-site investigations, collecting and organizing documentation, coordinating with legal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of legal practices, including criminal and civil law, and the ability to apply legal principles effectively.
- Experience in representation, negotiation, and conflict resolution within various legal proceedings.
- Proficiency in case documentation and file organization to manage and maintain accurate legal records.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- A degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) and relevant work experience in the legal profession.
