The Senior Field Service Engineer Will Be Responsible For

• Conducting service, repair and/or installation of Mass Spectrometry and HPLC instruments in accordance with service protocols.
• Diagnosing system failures and determines most effective solution.
• Escalating complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system.
• Responding to customer support calls within the assigned territory.
  
  

This position reports to the Senior Service Manager, Bangalore and is part of the Field Technical Service located in Bangalore & will be an on-site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Complete and successfully pass assigned training for relevant products and responsibilities.
• Deliver high-quality installation, repair, and maintenance services for mass spectrometry instruments, including escalation support.
• Manage critical service calls with a strong customer-centric approach.
  
  

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• MSc or BE in Electronics or Instrumentation, with specialization in Analytical Instrumentation.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the life sciences or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of analytical instrumentation service, particularly mass spectrometry & additional experience in HPLC
  
  

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:if applicable for role

• Ability and willingness to travel, overnight /outstation calls with short notice, if required
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Complex Analytical instrumentation techniques
