IndoStar Capital Finance is hiring a Senior Field Officer for our LAP (Loan Against Property) and MSME loan segments in Samastipur, Bihar.
Requirements:A minimum of 1 to 2 years of field sales experience specifically in LAP, MSME, or Business Loan segments.Must have a Graduate degree, a Two-Wheeler, and a valid Driving License.
Responsibilities:Source LAP and MSME loan files through DSAs, Connectors, and open market.Conduct initial business profiling and property documentation.Achieve monthly loan log-in and disbursement targets.
