Profile Summary:

Field application engineers will provide technical support to R&D-centric companies to aid Design-IN of products or solutions to drive revenue growth. This role involves travelling to various locations to collaborate with customer engineers for designing and developing solutions using the company's products.

Major KRA

-Evaluate customer system requirements and provide technical support using company products.

-Formulate product specifications as per customer needs.

-Troubleshoot system boards on request and resolve engineering issues at product/design/validation levels with regular follow-up.

-Collaborate with the sales team and distribution network to gather accurate information on application TAM & SAM, system requirements, and competition data.

-Work closely with Alpha Customers to validate solutions developed by the Design Centre, and promote them to multiple customers.

-Prepare technical proposals such as application block diagrams and critical part lists to support the sales team.

-Provide technical training on product families and solution proposals tailored to specific applications.

-Design training materials and assist in delivering technical field training to customers and sales channels.

-Demonstrate products during Customer Tech Days, open forums, seminars, and exhibitions.
