Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Field Application Engineers across the APAC region.
Deliver high-quality technical support for projects across APAC via email, phone, video calls, and on-site support (Singapore-based visits).
Act as an escalation point, collaborating closely with the global Technical Support team to resolve complex technical issues.
Provide technical onboarding and ongoing support to ecosystem partners, enabling successful adoption and use of the platform and services.
Manage and conduct RMA investigations for products across the APAC region.
Design, specify, and deliver smart lighting control solutions that meet client requirements while adhering to company standards.
Work closely with the APAC Sales team to ensure a seamless handover and customer journey from sales through to design and delivery.
Specify wireless lighting control solutions for projects across the market.
Collaborate with the global Specification Success team, acting as a regional advocate for specifiers across the APAC region.
Technical Skills & Experience
Confident in delivering hands-on demonstrations and clearly explaining technical and functional aspects of lighting control systems.
Skilled in handling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical products.
5–7 years of proven technical experience in lighting and lighting control systems; experience with protocols such as DALI, KNX, or DMX is a strong advantage.
