Senior Fashion Designer

We design with precision, restraint, and intention. Our collections explore the space between structure and softness, authority and sensuality, timelessness and modernity.

We are looking for a Senior Fashion Designer who brings strong taste, sharp instincts, and the ability to translate ideas into commercially relevant products.

The role

This role combines creative thinking with hands-on product development.

We are looking for someone who can actively contribute to the creative direction of the brand, identify opportunities, and help shape collections from concept to final product.

You will work closely with the founder and be expected to participate in the thinking behind the collection—not simply execute instructions.

 What you'll actually do

•⁠  ⁠Develop concepts, silhouettes, and product ideas for seasonal collections

•⁠  ⁠Translate creative references into original, commercially viable products

•⁠  ⁠Research fashion, culture, design, art, and emerging shifts in consumer taste

•⁠  ⁠Build moodboards, colour stories, fabric direction, and product narratives

•⁠  ⁠Present design ideas and creative recommendations with confidence

•⁠  ⁠Drive fittings and design reviews with clear opinions and solutions

•⁠  ⁠Work closely with pattern masters, sampling teams, and production partners

•⁠  ⁠Refine products through multiple rounds of development.

•⁠  ⁠Ensure consistency of brand identity across collections

•⁠  ⁠You are looking for a role focused mainly on coordination or sampling management

Experience

•⁠  ⁠4–8 years of experience in fashion design

•⁠  ⁠Experience working with contemporary, premium, or luxury fashion brands preferred
