Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Senior Fashion Designer to join our team in a hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for work-from-home. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing premium casualwear that aligns with Noshleaf's brand aesthetics and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include trend research, fabric selection, silhouette development, tech sheet and tech pack creation, overseeing fittings, and working closely with the sampling and production teams to ensure precise execution. The role will also involve refining garment construction details, finishes, and design elements to enhance the overall visual and functional appeal of the collections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Fashion Design, preferably with casualwear or contemporary clothing brands.
• Strong expertise in silhouette development, garment construction, and fit.
• Hands-on experience creating detailed tech sheets / tech packs for production.
• In-depth knowledge of textiles and materials, including sourcing premium fabrics.
• Experience in fittings, pattern coordination, and production follow-ups.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and the ability to translate concepts into wearable, market-ready designs.
• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
