Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer based in Jaipur. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing new fashion pieces, coordinating fittings, selecting and working with textiles, and integrating embroidery into designs. Day-to-day tasks will include sketching, creating prototypes, collaborating with the production team, and staying up-to-date with fashion trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design (NIFT / NID / Pearl Academy or equivalent).

57 years of experience in ethnic wear or bridal design.

Strong understanding of Indian textiles, embroidery techniques, and garment construction.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar CAD tools.

Excellent sense of color, fabric drape, and silhouette.

Ability to select the right type of fabric for the garment construction

Ability to balance creativity with commercial sensibility.

Strong communication, time management, and team collaboration skills.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in the manufacturing or wholesale industry is a plus
