We are seeking an experienced Senior Fashion Designer to lead design development while overseeing client coordination and custom projects. This role requires a strong creative vision, excellent execution skills, and the ability to manage high-value client orders, influencer collaborations, and collection development seamlessly.

• Lead design development from concept to final execution
• Oversee custom orders, celebrity and influencer projects, ensuring design accuracy and timelines
• Coordinate closely with production, sampling, and merchandising teams
• Guide junior designers and ensure quality control across all stages
• Manage fittings, approvals, and final garment checks
• Contribute to ideation and development of new collections
• Maintain smooth communication between design, production, and client-facing teams

• 6-9+ years of experience in luxury fashion or couture
• Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and surface design
• Proven experience managing client-based or custom design projects
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite / CLO 3D preferred)
