Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Fashion Designer Menswear to lead the design process from concept to final execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design vision, deep technical knowledge of garment construction, excellent fabric understanding, and a passion for delivering premium-quality fashion with exceptional finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design premium menswear collections including ethnic, formal, and contemporary styles.
- Develop creative concepts, sketches, and mood boards aligned with ARVA's brand identity.
- Select suitable fabrics, trims, colors, and embellishments for luxury garments.
- Oversee garment construction, fittings, and final finishing to ensure superior quality.
- Coordinate closely with tailors, karigars, and production teams for smooth and timely execution.
- Maintain strict quality control and premium finishing standards.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends, materials, and market preferences.
- Manage bespoke and custom client design requirements professionally.
- Mentor and guide junior designers when required.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of fabrics, fibers, weaves, finishes, and garment care.
- Knowledge of pattern, fit, drape, and construction techniques.
- Ability to explain design value and material quality to customers.
- Knowledge of fashion designing and garment construction.
- Proficient in digital illustration tools.
Experience:
- Degree in Fashion Designing from reputed institute with minimum 3-4 years of experience in fashion designing.
