Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling and wardrobe consultation to clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships (CRM, repeat clientele)
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Present merchandise in line with luxury visual merchandising standards
- Maintain deep product knowledge including fabrics, fits, craftsmanship, and trends
- Handle billing, returns, and after-sales service with professionalism
- Uphold brand grooming, etiquette, and service standards at all times
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
- Assist in in-store events, trunk shows, and VIP appointments
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Fashion / Retail / Hospitality preferred
- 13 years of experience in luxury, premium, or high-end retail
- Strong fashion sensibility and styling knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi required (regional languages a plus)
- Customer-focused, confident, and well-groomed
- Flexible to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and VIP clients
- Deliver advanced styling consultations and wardrobe curation
- Drive high-value transactions and cross-selling opportunities
- Consistently exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets
- Mentor and coach Fashion Consultants on sales techniques and luxury service
- Support store manager in daily operations and floor management
- Lead by example in grooming, professionalism, and brand representation
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising and brand standards
- Assist in inventory control, stock audits, and loss prevention
- Support and execute exclusive in-store events and private client appointments
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Fashion / Retail Management preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in luxury or premium fashion retail
- Proven track record in achieving high-value sales
- Strong clienteling and relationship management skills
