Farm Operations Manager who will take full ownership of day-to-day farm operations. You will lead a large team, drive operational efficiency, ensure maximum yield and quality, and implement best practices in modern farming. This is a leadership role that directly impacts profitability and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end farm operations including land preparation, sowing, irrigation, nutrient management, pest disease control, and harvesting.
- Manage crop planning , rotation, and multi-season scheduling to maximize land utilization and yield.
- Lead a team of 50150+ farm supervisors , technicians, and laborers; build a high-performance culture.
- Implement precision farming techniques, drip irrigation, drone monitoring, soil health management , and data-driven decision making.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards, environmental regulations, and sustainability certifications (e.g., GlobalGAP, Organic).
- Manage farm budget, control costs (inputs, labor, machinery), and achieve operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for seamless farm-to-market operations.
- Monitor weather patterns, mitigate risks, and maintain detailed records using farm management software .
- Drive innovation introduce new varieties, mechanization, and automation where feasible.
