NVIDIA is a world leader in visual computing and data transportation technologies, and we are seeking a Senior Factory Planner to be based in our Pune office. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, analytical, and highly motivated professional who will lead and manage contract manufacturing partners, ensuring the successful execution of production build plans. This role carries end-to-end responsibility for supply chain performance, driving efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and manage contract manufacturers to execute build plans and ensure end-to-end supply fulfillment across multiple board product families, enabling NVIDIA to meet customer commitments and revenue objectives
Act as a key operational focal point and drive collaboration across Supply Planning, Business Units, Procurement, Capacity and Engineering teams. Define supply strategies and priorities while improving operational efficiency and bottleneck flow.
Evaluate complex trade-offs across capacity, materials, and production constraints, where demand fulfillment may be limited. Partner with cross-functional collaborators to implement an optimized and feasible production plan
Supervise NPI activities to ensure smooth transition into mass production manufacturing mode
Leverage CM partnerships and industry experience to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across key operational KPIs.
What we need to see:
B.Sc. in Industrial & Management Engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in supplier and contract manufacturer management within complex manufacturing environments
Proven experience in high-volume and high-mix manufacturing (optical / PCBA / electronics assembly)
Strong hands-on leadership on the production floor, driving execution, resolving scheduling constraints, and ensuring accurate performance tracking
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, driving end-to-end operational performance and execution excellence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify root causes and drive corrective actions in dynamic environments
Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to effectively operate in a global, multicultural environment across multiple time zones
