Role Overview
Progenesis IVF is seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Assistant Manager to oversee facility operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination across the center. The role ensures smooth day-to-day facility management while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards, safety norms, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee facility operations, including electrical, civil, and general maintenance activities.
- Manage CMC, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and other utilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance contracts, AMCs, and repair work.
- Handle civil projects, space planning, and minor renovations as per organizational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and healthcare facility norms.
- Manage facility-related documentation, reports, and vendor billing.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and other support services.
- Coordinate travel desk management, including local travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and bus services.
- Assist in vendor negotiations and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support new center setup activities and facility expansion projects.
- Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues and emergencies.

Educational Qualification

Experience
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare facility management will be preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to facility operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Compensation
- Salary Budget: 600000 Per Year Max Company Budget
- Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill set.
