Role Summary:
Handles daytoday technical facility operations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems while guiding technicians to ensure smooth and safe functioning of all equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise daily technical operations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, DG, fire systems).
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedules.
- Monitor critical equipment parameters and maintain logs/checklists.
- Coordinate with vendors/AMCs for specialized maintenance and timely issue closure.
- Respond to technical complaints and resolve faults efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory guidelines.
- Assist in energy management and upkeep of documentation/reports.
