Chrysalis HRD is looking for experienced Independent Facilitators based in Turkeyor India, provided they have strong proficiency in the Turkish language to deliver high-impact learning interventions for Turkish-speaking audiences. We are especially interested in facilitators who have worked within the hospitality industry or have extensive experience delivering learning solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Deliver bespoke learning interventions for leading client organizations across multiple industries, with a strong focus on business impact and behavioral transformation.
- Facilitate leadership, managerial, and behavioral skill-building programs for middle and senior management professionals.
- Assimilate learning from various industries and apply it to create value for the client
- Be a part of Chrysalis HRD's internal learning interventions.
- Work with diverse participant groups in dynamic, multicultural environments.
Key Expectations
As a Chrysalis HRD Facilitator, you will:
- Understand and deliver interventions in line with Chrysalis HRD's learning design and facilitation guidelines.
- Adhere to Chrysalis HRD's quality and facilitation standards.
- Create engaging, learner-centric experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Establish credibility with participants through strong facilitation, coaching, and experiential learning techniques.
- Customize delivery approaches while maintaining the integrity of the program design.
- Travel across Turkey and, when required, support learning interventions in neighboring regions.
Preferred Experience
- 8+ years of experience delivering behavioral, leadership, managerial effectiveness, customer experience, communication, or people development programs.
- Strong experience facilitating sessions for middle and senior-level corporate professionals.
- Hospitality industry exposure is highly preferred—either through direct industry experience or by facilitating learning interventions for hospitality, tourism, hotel, resort, or customer service organizations.
- Experience facilitating in multicultural and international business environments will be an advantage.
- Strong presence, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Educational Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Certifications in facilitation, coaching, organizational development, or learning and development will be an added advantage.
